Is there a refund policy?
Hey there! We understand that sometimes services don't meet expectations. But no worries! If you're not satisfied with your current service, we can issue a refund for the remainder of your payment term and cancel your service for you. 🙂
The refund will be sent to the original form of payment, but don't worry, we'll make sure to process it as quickly as possible! Generally, processing times vary by bank but you can expect it to arrive within 1-5 business days.

I have a channel or VOD not streaming correctly
Even as the top IPTV service, sometimes things go wrong with this type of service. You can try using a different device or app. However, if the problem still occurs after a few hours/days, please email us at [email protected] so we can help fix the issue. 🙂
How to troubleshoot basic issues
General Troubleshooting: The 4 "R"s for issues are as follows:
1. Refresh:
- Channels/Movies: Go to Live TV and click the three dots in the top right-hand corner. Select "Refresh Channels, Movies, and Series".
- EPG: Go to Live TV and click the three dots in the top right-hand corner. Select "Refresh TV Guide" or "Refresh EPG".
2. Restart your device and app.
3. Reinstall the app and try logging back in.
4. Restore (factory reset) if using a Fire Stick and the previous steps did not work. Then, try to log in again.
